Beer – #392 – Behemoth – Sacrilegious Saison Oaked Version
This is way to dry, for me, and renders this into the category of ‘cult’ beer. wherin the cardigans and anoraks gather around to discuss the age of the oak trees and King Arthur or some nonsense from Game of Thrones. when what really happened was the brewer scragged a few barrels and in this case it didn’t work out.
Beer – #391 – Behemoth – Sacrilegious Saison

Generally in the hour it takes to drink a beer I read the reviews in a few places, and I’m happy to mark beers down if they’re rated highly and I don’t agree the reviews, blind tasting this though, it was like angels tears. Well not really but it was a great beer.
